About
After playing various instruments from age 5, I stumbled upon a passion for drum kit that drew me to play at every opportunity. After completing high school and touring nationally with the band Mary Jane Kelly, I decided to further my musical studies in 2012 at the Australian National University. Focussing on jazz and other world music, and exposure to high displays of talent from the fellow student cohort, broadened my approach to and appreciation of music that has fuelled me to this day and continues to inspire and influence my personal daily practice routine and personal musical goals.
After completing my studies in 2015 and copious performing, I am eager to focus on education and passing on my experiences to all who are eager to learn and discover the joy of rhythm!
